2. Safety Instructions

• Read all instructions before operating the appliance.
• Ensure the power supply voltage matches the rating label on the appliance.
• Do not immerse the power cord, plug, or any part of the appliance in water or other liquids.

4. Setup

Before first use, it is recommended to keep the ice maker upright for at least 24 hours to allow the refrigerant to settle. Then, follow these steps:

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the ice maker from its packaging and place it on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.
2. Clean: Before making ice for consumption, clean the interior of the ice maker. Refer to the 'Maintenance and Cleaning' section for detailed instructions.
3. Add Water: Open the lid and remove the ice basket. Fill the water reservoir with potable water up to the MAX fill line. Do not overfill.
4. Plug In: Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

Once the ice maker is set up and filled with water, you can begin making ice:

1. Power On: Press the 'ON/OFF' button on the control panel. The 'POWER' indicator will light up.
2. Select Ice Size: Press the 'SELECT' button to choose your desired ice cube size: 'S' for small or 'L' for large. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.
3. Ice Production: The ice maker will automatically begin the ice-making cycle. The first batch of ice typically takes about 6-10 minutes. Subsequent batches may be faster.
4. Ice Full Indicator: When the ice basket is full, the 'ICE FULL' indicator will light up, and the ice production will pause. Remove ice from the basket to resume production.
5. Add Water Indicator: If the water level in the reservoir is too low, the 'ADD WATER' indicator will light up. Add more water to the reservoir to continue ice production.
6. Power Off: To stop ice production, press the 'ON/OFF' button again.

4. Once the cycle is complete, drain the water from the reservoir using the drain plug located at the bottom of the unit.
