- Do not use the product if the power cord is damaged. It must be replaced by the manufacturer, service agent, or qualified technician.
- Ensure the ice maker is placed properly and plugged into a power outlet properly.
- Do not place the power cord on carpet or other heat-insulation materials. Do not cover the cord. Keep it away from traffic areas; do not immerse it in water.
- Using an extension cord is not recommended as it may overheat and cause fire.
- Always unplug the power plug before cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
- This appliance can be used by children aged over 8 years and persons with reduced capabilities if supervised or instructed on safe use and hazards. Children should not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be done by children without supervision.
- Do not use the ice maker outdoors. Keep it away from direct sunshine. Leave at least 4 inches of space from any obstructions.
- Use only water to make ice.
- Do not use flammable liquids to clean the ice maker; fumes can cause fire or explosion.
- Do not tilt the ice maker.
- If moved indoors from cold, let it reach room temperature before plugging in.
- Do not store explosive substances (e.g., aerosol cans) in the appliance.
- The ice maker must be grounded.
- Fill with potable water only.
- Opening the door for extended periods can significantly increase internal temperature.
- Clean surfaces that contact food and accessible drainage systems regularly.
- Clean water tanks if not used for 48 hours; flush water system if water hasn't been drawn for 5 days.
- When positioning, ensure the supply cord is not trapped or damaged.
- Do not place multiple portable socket-outlets or power supplies at the rear.
- Keep ventilation openings clear of obstructions.
- Do not use mechanical devices to accelerate defrosting.
- Do not use electrical appliances inside food storage compartments unless they are manufacturer-recommended.
- Pay attention to the symbol on the rear/compressor warning of possible fires due to flammable refrigerant. Keep away from fire sources.

Control Panel
The control panel features indicators and buttons for operating the ice maker:
Indicators:
- A. Size of ices: Large or small
- B. Power indicator: Blinks green in standby, solid green when making ice.
- C. Ice Full indicator: Red light turns on when the ice basket is full.
- D. Add water indicator (lacking water): Red light turns on when water level is low.
Buttons:
- E. Power button/Clean button: Turns the unit on/off, initiates cleaning mode (press and hold for 3 seconds).
- F. Select button: Choose ice cube size (Small/Large).

Operation and Maintenance
Before First Use
- Remove all packaging materials. Check that the ice scoop and ice basket are included. Contact customer service if not.
- Remove any tapes from the ice scoop, ice basket, and ice container. Clean the water tank and ice tank.
- Place the ice maker on a flat countertop, away from direct sunlight and other heat sources. Ensure at least 4 inches of clearance around the unit.
- Allow the ice maker to rest for 2-6 hours before plugging it in.
- Place the ice maker on a flat surface to ensure easy plug-in.
- Remove the ice basket.
- Clean the water tank with a mild detergent, warm water, and a soft cloth.
- Wash internal accessories with water, remove the drain plug, and drain any water.
- Clean the exterior surface of the ice maker regularly with warm water and detergent.
- Dry the interior and exterior surfaces with a clean, soft cloth.
- If the ice maker will be idle for a long period, drain the water and keep it dry.
Using Your Ice Maker
- Open the lid, remove the ice basket, and pour water into the water tank. Ensure the water level is below the MAX line. Replace the ice basket and close the lid.
- If cleaning is not required, proceed to the next step. To use the cleaning function, follow the instructions below:
- The machine enters standby mode (POWER indicator flashes green) upon plugging in. Press and hold the ON/OFF/CLEAN button for 3 seconds to enter cleaning mode. The "L" and "S" indicator lights will flash alternately. The cleaning process takes approximately 30 minutes. The machine will automatically exit cleaning and return to standby mode after 30 minutes if no further action is taken.
- To stop cleaning during the process, press the ON/OFF/CLEAN button for 1 second.
- Press the ON/OFF/CLEAN button for 1 second to start making ice. The "POWER" indicator light will turn solid green.
- Press the "SELECT" button to choose the ice size (Small or Large). It is recommended to select SMALL size if the indoor temperature is below 60°F / 15°C to prevent large ice cubes from sticking together.
- The ice making period for one batch is 6-15 minutes, depending on ice size and indoor temperature. Recommended operating conditions: indoor temperature 59°F-90°F (15-32°C) and water temperature 50°F-104°F (10-40°C).
- If the water pump is low on water, the ice maker will stop automatically, and the "ADD WATER" indicator light will turn on. Turn off the ice maker by pressing the "ON/OFF/CLEAN" button. Add water up to the MAX water line, then restart the ice maker by pressing "ON/OFF/CLEAN". Allow the compressor refrigerant to rest for at least 3 minutes before restarting.
- When the ice basket is full, the "ICE FULL" indicator light will turn on. WARNING: The infrared sensor may not function correctly if exposed to direct sunlight or sunlight reflection. Move the ice maker to a shaded area.
- Change the water in the water tank every 24 hours to ensure hygiene and prevent blockages. If the ice maker is not in use, drain the water and wipe it dry.
Cleaning Mode
To clean the ice maker:
- Press and hold the ON/OFF/CLEAN button for 3 seconds to enter cleaning mode. The "L" and "S" indicator lights will flash alternately. The cleaning process takes approximately 30 minutes. The machine will automatically exit cleaning and return to standby mode after 30 minutes if no further action is taken.
- To stop cleaning during the process, press the ON/OFF/CLEAN button for 1 second.
Troubleshooting
