3. Assembly Instructions
Assembly typically requires two adults and takes approximately 30-60 minutes. Follow the steps below carefully.
- Unpack and Identify Parts: Lay out all components on a clean, soft surface. Refer to the parts list in your manual to identify each piece.
- Attach Side Rails to Headboard: Connect the metal side rails to the headboard using the provided bolts and Allen wrench. Do not fully tighten yet.
- Attach Side Rails to Footboard: Connect the other end of the side rails to the footboard. Ensure the headboard and footboard are facing the correct direction. Do not fully tighten yet.
- Install Center Support Legs and Crossbars: Attach the center support legs to the reinforced metal crossbars. Then, secure the crossbars to the bed frame's side rails.
- Place Steel Slats: Lay the steel slats across the frame, ensuring they are evenly spaced and securely seated in the designated slots or attached with provided fasteners. The frame features embedded metal buckles for slat stability.
- Final Tightening: Once all components are in place and aligned, systematically tighten all bolts and screws until secure. Do not overtighten.

4. Usage and Operation
This Feonase bed frame is designed for use with a Queen size mattress. No box spring is required due to the robust steel slat support system.
- Mattress Placement: Place your Queen size mattress directly onto the steel slats. The recommended mattress thickness is 8-12 inches.
- Weight Capacity: The bed frame is engineered to support up to 1000 lbs (453 kg), including the mattress and occupants. Do not exceed this limit.
- Underbed Storage: The frame provides 12 inches of clearance underneath, ideal for storing boxes, bins, or other items to keep your bedroom organized.
- Noise Reduction: The design incorporates foam padding on metal components to minimize noise and squeaking.
- Safety Features: The footboard features rounded edges to prevent accidental bumps. Fluorescent stripes on the legs help visibility in low light.

5. Maintenance and Care

- Cleaning the Faux Leather Headboard/Footboard: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. For tougher stains, use a mild soap solution and immediately wipe dry. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Cleaning the Metal Frame: Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the powder-coated finish.
- Regular Inspection: Periodically check all bolts and screws (every 3-6 months) and tighten if necessary to maintain structural integrity and prevent squeaking.
- Avoid Excessive Moisture: Do not expose the bed frame to excessive moisture or direct sunlight for prolonged periods, as this may affect the faux leather and metal finish.
