5. Troubleshooting
5.1. Connectivity Issues
- No Connection: Ensure the keyboard is powered on and the correct connection mode (Bluetooth, 2.4GHz, or Wired) is selected. For 2.4GHz, ensure the USB receiver is properly inserted. For Bluetooth, ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and the keyboard is in pairing mode.
- Intermittent Connection: Try moving the keyboard closer to your device or USB receiver. Avoid sources of interference (e.g., other wireless devices, large metal objects).
5.2. Unresponsive Keys
- Specific Keys Not Working: If individual keys are unresponsive, they might be dirty or the switch might be faulty. Try removing the keycap and switch (using the provided tool) and cleaning the area. If the issue persists, consider replacing the switch.
- Entire Keyboard Unresponsive: Check the battery level. If using wireless, try connecting via USB-C cable. Restart the keyboard and your connected device.
5.3. Charging and Battery Indicators
The LED light bar on the side of the keyboard indicates the battery status. If you are unsure of the charge level while plugged in, you may need to briefly power cycle the keyboard to refresh the indicator, as some users have noted the indicator may not always update dynamically during charging.
