Troubleshooting

Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the tablet to a power source and wait a few minutes before attempting to power it on again. If it still doesn't turn on, try a forced restart by holding the Power button and Volume Down button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds.
2. Apps Freezing or Crashing
Close the problematic app from the Recent Apps screen. If the issue persists, clear the app's cache and data via Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage > Clear cache / Clear data. As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall the app.
3. Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues
Restart your Wi-Fi router and the tablet. Forget the Wi-Fi network on your tablet (Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > [Network Name] > Forget) and then reconnect. Ensure your tablet is within range of the Wi-Fi signal.
