Introduction
Thank you for choosing the DORTALA 52-inch Heavy Duty Inflatable Snow Tube. This manual provides essential information for the safe and enjoyable use of your snow tube. Please read it thoroughly before assembly and use, and retain it for future reference.
Safety Information
Your safety is paramount. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Adult Supervision: Children should always be supervised by an adult while using the snow tube.
- Weight Limit: Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 220 lbs (100 kg). This snow tube is designed for single occupancy.
- Appropriate Terrain: Use only on designated snow tubing hills or slopes free of obstacles such as trees, rocks, or fences. Avoid icy or extremely steep slopes.
- Protective Gear: Always wear appropriate winter clothing, including a helmet, gloves, and waterproof outerwear.
- Inflation: Ensure the snow tube is properly inflated before each use. An under-inflated tube may not perform safely.
- Inspection: Before each use, inspect the snow tube for any signs of damage, punctures, or wear. Do not use if damaged.
- Avoid Obstacles: Be aware of your surroundings and avoid collisions with other tubers or objects.
- Tow Strap Hook: The tow strap hook is for towing the empty tube up a slope. Do not use it to tow a person on the tube. (Note: Rope is not included).
- Cold Resistance: While designed for cold temperatures, extreme cold can affect material flexibility. Handle with care in very low temperatures.

Setup Instructions
- Unpack the Snow Tube: Carefully remove the snow tube and manual inflator from the packaging.
- Locate the Inflation Valve: Find the upgraded inflation valve on the snow tube. It features a lid for better air sealing.
- Inflate the Snow Tube:
- Open the lid of the inflation valve.
- Insert the nozzle of the manual inflator pump into the valve.
- Pump air into the snow tube until it is firm to the touch but not over-inflated. The tube should be taut but still have a slight give.
- Remove the inflator nozzle and securely close the valve lid to ensure reliable air sealing.
- Check for Leaks: After inflation, visually inspect the tube for any signs of air leakage. Listen for hissing sounds. If a leak is detected, re-secure the valve lid or inspect for damage.

- Choose a Safe Location: Select a designated snow tubing area or a clear, obstacle-free snow-covered slope.
- Position Yourself: Sit comfortably in the large, deep seat of the snow tube. Ensure your weight is centered.
- Grip the Handles: Firmly grasp the four padded handles located around the tube. These handles provide stability and control during descent. The anti-friction hand pads protect your hands.
- Initiate Descent: Gently push off to begin your slide down the slope. The smooth bottom design facilitates fast and thrilling descents.
- Towing (Empty Tube Only): If you need to tow the snow tube back up a slope, use the integrated tow strap hook. Attach a suitable rope (not included) to the hook. Do not tow a person on the tube.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: After each use, wipe down the snow tube with a damp cloth to remove snow, dirt, and moisture. Allow it to air dry completely before storage.
- Deflation: To deflate, open the inflation valve lid and gently press on the tube to release air. For quicker deflation, some valves allow for a wider opening.
- Storage: Store the deflated and dry snow tube in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sharp objects. Avoid extreme temperatures during storage to prolong the life of the materials.
- Repairs: In case of a small puncture, a standard PVC repair kit (not included) can be used. Follow the repair kit instructions carefully.
