3. Setup

3.1 Compatibility

This endoscope is designed for direct connection via its Type-C USB connector. Ensure your device meets the following compatibility requirements:

3.2 App Installation

To operate the endoscope, you need to download a compatible application. The recommended application is "Xscope".

  1. Search for "Xscope" in your device's app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android).
  2. Download and install the application.
  3. Grant necessary permissions when prompted by the app to ensure full functionality.

3.3 Connecting the Endoscope

Once the app is installed and your device is compatible:

  1. Open the "Xscope" application on your smartphone or tablet.
  2. Plug the Type-C connector of the endoscope cable directly into your device's Type-C port.
  3. The app should automatically detect the endoscope and display the live feed from the camera.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Dual Lens Functionality

The endoscope features two lenses: a front-view camera and a side-view camera. This allows for comprehensive inspection without needing to reorient the probe.

4.2 Adjustable LED Lights

The endoscope is equipped with 8 adjustable LED lights around the camera tip to illuminate dark inspection areas.

4.3 Maneuvering the Semi-Rigid Cable

The 10ft semi-rigid cable is designed to be flexible yet retain its shape, allowing you to guide the camera precisely.

4.4 Capturing Images and Videos

The "Xscope" app allows you to capture high-definition photos and smooth videos directly to your connected device.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning the Probe

The endoscope probe is IP67 waterproof, making it suitable for use in wet environments and easy to clean.

5.2 Storage

Store the endoscope in a clean, dry place away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight. Use the provided cable strap to keep the cable neatly coiled and prevent tangling.

6. Troubleshooting
