OPERATING INSTRUCTION

DOWNLOADING THE APP

Use the endoscope with the "Usee Plus" app. You can download it from Apple Store/Google Play or scan the QR codes below.

Connecting Guide

  1. Plug the endoscope into your smart device (Type-C connector for Android Phone/Tablet, Lightning connector for iPhone/iPad).
  2. You'll receive a notification and click "Allow" to use it. (P-1 for iOS) You'll receive a notification and click "Always" to use it. (P-2 for Android)

P-1 (iOS Connection Example)

When connecting to an iOS device, a prompt will appear asking to allow "UseePlus" to communicate with the Device Camera. Tap "Allow".

P-2 (Android Connection Example)

When connecting to an Android device, a prompt may appear asking to choose an app for the USB device. Select "Usee Plus" and choose "Always" for future connections.

App Interface Overview:

  • Camera: Start to use the camera function.
  • Albums: Review the photos and videos you have taken.
  • Setting: Access the app's settings.

Photo Access Permission:

The app may request access to your photos to save and view captured images and videos. You can choose to "Allow Access to All Photos" or "Select Photos".

APP INSTRUCTION

Main App Controls:

  • 1. Back: Return to the previous screen.
  • 2. Image Rotate 90°: Rotate the camera view by 90 degrees.
  • 3. Color/Black and White Image: Switch between color and black and white display.
  • 4. Split Screen Mode: Enable split-screen view (if applicable for dual lens models).
  • 5. Albums: Access the photo and video gallery.
  • 6. Photo/Video: Switch between taking photos and recording videos.
  • 7. Zoom 1x/1.5x/2x: Adjust the digital zoom level.
  • 8. Take a photo/video: Capture an image or start/stop video recording.

MAINTENANCE

  • Always keep the camera lens clean.
  • Should any other components not mentioned need to be replaced, please contact Anykit customer service agents.

TROUBLESHOOTING

No response to connect the phone
(1) Please confirm whether the phone has the OTG function enabled (Android).
(2) Please confirm whether the plug is securely in place. Try to plug and unplug it several times.		Camera is hot
It is usual for the camera to heat up, especially when the LED light is at its highest brightness, but it does not affect normal use or service life.
Not display pictures
Check whether the camera light is on. If it is off, or if the interface is not in good contact, please re-plug it.		Image blur
The best imaging focal length of the product is: 3 cm – 10 cm. Please calibrate the distance from the object you are looking at, or clean the front of the camera with a clean alcohol cloth.
Automatically open other APP
Reason: This APP has been set to open USB device by default before.
Solution 1: Go to Settings - Application Information - select this APP, find the default option, and click "Clear default".		Product drawing is stuck
Sometimes the app can get stuck if the mobile device battery is low. Keep it above 20%.
