Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Clock display is off or not working.Power adapter not connected or faulty.Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into the clock and a working wall outlet. Try a different outlet.
Alarm sound is too soft or not audible.Alarm volume set too low or a specific sound profile.Check if there is a dedicated volume control for the alarm. Ensure the alarm is set to a suitable sound. Some models may have a fixed alarm sound.
Phone gets hot during wireless charging.Misalignment on charging pad, thick phone case, or foreign objects.Ensure your phone is perfectly centered on the charging pad. Remove any thick phone cases or metallic objects. Overheating can also occur if the phone is not Qi-compatible or if there's an issue with the phone's battery. Discontinue use if overheating persists.

If the lowest setting is still too bright for your preference, consider placing the clock in a less direct line of sight or using a light-blocking film.
Temperature display is stuck or inaccurate.Sensor malfunction or environmental factors.Ensure the clock is not placed near heat sources (e.g., lamps, direct sunlight, vents) that could affect the sensor. Try unplugging the unit for a few minutes and then plugging it back in to reset the sensor. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Wireless charging not working for certain devices (e.g., Android phones).Device not Qi-enabled or compatibility issue.Verify that your device supports Qi wireless charging. Some older or specific models may not be compatible. Ensure the device is placed correctly on the charging pad.
