The PG3 features 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity for ultra-low latency and 7.1 surround sound, Bluetooth for mobile devices, a detachable AI noise-cancelling microphone, and comfortable earcups for extended use.

3. Setup and Connection
3.1 Charging the Headset
Before first use, fully charge the headset.
- Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the headset's charging port.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power source (e.g., PC, wall adapter).
- The LED indicator on the headset will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 5 hours and provides over 48 hours of continuous use.
3.2 Connecting via 2.4 GHz Wireless (PS5, PS4, PC, Switch, Mac, Laptops)
This mode offers ultra-low latency (less than 20ms) and 7.1 surround sound for optimal gaming performance.
- Insert the USB dongle into an available USB port on your PS5, PS4, PC, Nintendo Switch (in docked mode), Mac, or laptop.
- Power on the headset by pressing and holding the Power button.
- The headset will automatically connect to the USB dongle. The LED indicator will confirm a successful connection.
- Adjust audio settings on your device if necessary to select the headset as the input/output device.
Important Note: The 2.4 GHz wireless mode is not compatible with Xbox consoles.
3.3 Connecting via Bluetooth (Mobile Phones, Tablets, iPads, Smart Devices)
Use Bluetooth for connecting to mobile devices.
- Ensure the headset is powered on.
- Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button (refer to controls section for button layout) until the LED indicator flashes, indicating pairing mode.
- On your mobile device, go to Bluetooth settings and select "Krysenix PG3" from the list of available devices.
- The LED indicator will show a solid light once connected.
Important Note: Bluetooth mode is not compatible with PS4 or PS5 consoles.
3.4 Connecting via USB Type-C Cable (PS4, PS5, PC)
For a wired connection to compatible consoles and PCs.
- Connect the USB Type-C cable directly from the headset to an available USB port on your PS4, PS5, or PC.
- The headset will function as a wired audio device.
4. Operation
4.1 Headset Controls
The headset features intuitive controls for power, volume, and microphone functions.
- Power Button: Press and hold to power on/off. Short press to cycle through RGB lighting modes or turn them off.
- Volume Wheel: Scroll up or down to adjust the audio volume.
- Microphone Mute Button: Press to mute or unmute the microphone.
- Bluetooth Pairing Button: Press and hold to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

4.2 Detachable Microphone
The omnidirectional AI noise-cancelling microphone can be attached or detached as needed.
- To attach, align the microphone connector with the port on the headset and push firmly until it clicks into place.
- To detach, gently pull the microphone away from the headset.
- Use the microphone mute button on the headset to quickly silence your voice during gameplay.

4.3 RGB Lighting
The headset features customizable RGB lighting. Short press the Power button to cycle through different lighting modes or turn the RGB lights off.
5. Maintenance and Care
5.1 Cleaning
- Wipe the headset with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents.
- Avoid getting moisture into any openings.
5.2 Storage
- Store the headset in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- When not in use for extended periods, charge the battery periodically to maintain its lifespan.
5.3 Battery Care

6.1 No Sound or Low Volume

- If using 2.4 GHz, try re-inserting the USB dongle.
6.2 Microphone Not Working

- For Nintendo Switch: Some users have reported issues with microphone functionality via 2.4 GHz wireless. Ensure your Switch firmware is updated and check in-game communication settings. If issues persist, consider using the headset with a different device or a wired connection if supported by the game.
6.3 Connectivity Issues
- 2.4 GHz Wireless: Ensure the USB dongle is fully inserted and within range (up to 10 meters). Avoid interference from other 2.4 GHz devices.
- Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the headset is in pairing mode. Try unpairing and re-pairing the headset. Ensure your device is within the 12-meter Bluetooth range.
- Xbox Compatibility: Please note that the Krysenix PG3 headset is not compatible with any Xbox consoles (Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S).
6.4 Headset Not Charging
- Check the USB Type-C cable for damage and ensure it's securely connected to both the headset and the power source.
- Try a different USB port or power adapter.
