Setup
1. Charging the Battery
Before first use, fully charge both included 1050mAh batteries. Connect the camera to a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall charger) using the provided USB cable. The charging indicator light will show the charging status.
2. Inserting a Micro SD Card
The camera requires a Micro SD card (not included) to store recordings. Use a Class 10 or higher Micro SD card, up to 64GB. Insert the card into the Micro SD card slot with the gold contacts facing the back of the camera until it clicks into place.
Important: Format the Micro SD card in the camera before first use to ensure compatibility and optimal performance. To format, go to Settings > Format SD Card.
3. Attaching the Waterproof Case
For underwater use or protection against dust and impact, place the camera inside the waterproof case. Ensure the case is properly sealed before submerging. The case is rated for depths up to 30 meters (100 feet).

Operating Instructions
1. Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power/Mode button for 3 seconds.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power/Mode button for 3 seconds.
2. Switching Modes
Short press the Power/Mode button to cycle through different modes: Video, Photo, Playback, and Settings.
3. Video Recording
- In Video mode, press the Shutter/Select button to start recording.
- Press the Shutter/Select button again to stop recording.
- The screen will display the recording time.

4. Photo Capture
- In Photo mode, press the Shutter/Select button to take a photo.

5. Wi-Fi Connection
The Vision 3 features built-in Wi-Fi for remote control and file transfer via your smartphone.
- Download the "XDV" app from your smartphone's app store.
- On the camera, short press the Up/Wi-Fi button to activate Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi icon will appear on the screen.
- On your smartphone, go to Wi-Fi settings and connect to the camera's Wi-Fi network (e.g., "Dragon Touch Vision 3"). The default password is "1234567890".
- Open the XDV app to control the camera, view live footage, and download files.
