Setup and Initial Water Test
Before First Use: Conduct a Safety Water Test
It is crucial to perform a water test before placing your phone inside the pouch to ensure its waterproof integrity.
- Open the top clasp of the pouch by pushing the two side levers outwards.
- Insert a piece of dry tissue paper inside the pouch.
- Squeeze out any excess air from the pouch and securely close the top clasp by pushing the two side levers inwards until they click into place. Ensure the seal is tight.
- Submerge the sealed pouch in water for at least 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, remove the pouch from the water, dry the exterior thoroughly, and then open it. Check the tissue paper for any signs of moisture. If the tissue paper is dry, the pouch is safe to use. If it is wet, do not use the pouch and contact customer support.
Inserting Your Phone
- Open the top clasp.
- Carefully insert your smartphone into the pouch. Ensure it fits comfortably without excessive force. The pouch is designed for phones up to 6.7 inches.
- Squeeze out any excess air from the pouch.
- Securely close the top clasp, ensuring both levers click into place for a watertight seal.
Operating Instructions
Touchscreen Functionality
The transparent material allows for continued touchscreen use while your phone is protected. For optimal responsiveness, ensure there is no air trapped between the phone screen and the pouch's front window.
Taking Photos and Videos
The pouch features a clear window on the back, allowing you to use your phone's rear camera for photos and videos, even underwater. Ensure the camera lens aligns with the clear window for best results.
Using the Crossbody Lanyard
The adjustable crossbody lanyard can be attached to the top of the pouch for convenient carrying. Adjust the strap length to wear it around your neck or across your body, keeping your phone accessible and secure.
Floating Feature

Troubleshooting
Touchscreen Unresponsive
Ensure there is no air trapped between the phone screen and the pouch. Try gently pressing the phone against the front of the pouch to remove air bubbles. Also, ensure your hands are dry when operating the touchscreen through the pouch.
Pouch Fogging
Sudden temperature changes may cause humidity within the pouch. To prevent this, ensure your phone is at a similar temperature to the environment before inserting it. If fogging occurs, remove the phone, dry the pouch, and reinsert.
Water Leakage
If you suspect water leakage, immediately remove your phone and perform another water test with tissue paper. If the pouch fails the water test, discontinue use and contact customer support.
