Operating Instructions
- Positioning: Sit comfortably in an upright position. Place the assembled breast pump's silicone cushion over your breast, ensuring your nipple is centered in the funnel. Create a good seal between the cushion and your skin.
- Initiating Suction: Gently press the handle until you feel suction. Release the handle to allow milk to flow. Repeat this motion rhythmically, mimicking your baby's natural suckling pattern.
- Pumping Technique: Begin with a faster, lighter rhythm to stimulate milk let-down. Once milk starts flowing, switch to a slower, deeper rhythm to express milk efficiently. Adjust the rhythm and pressure to what feels most comfortable and effective for you.
- Upright Pumping: The pump's design allows you to maintain an upright posture during pumping, which can enhance comfort and milk flow.
- Milk Storage: Once you have finished pumping, carefully remove the pump from your breast. Unscrew the bottle from the pump body. Use the included sealing disc and screw ring to seal the bottle for storage in the refrigerator or freezer.
