Transmitter Overview
The HT-TX02 transmitter features a standard pistol-grip design for comfortable and intuitive control.

Controls and Indicators
- Steering Wheel: Controls left and right steering.
- Throttle Trigger: Controls forward, brake, and reverse. Pull for forward, push for brake/reverse.
- Power Switch: Turns the transmitter ON/OFF.
- LED Indicator: Shows power status and binding status.
- Steering Trim: Adjusts the neutral steering position.
- Throttle Trim: Adjusts the neutral throttle position.
- Binding Button: Used for pairing with a compatible receiver.
Setup
1. Battery Installation
The HT-TX02 transmitter requires 4x AAA batteries (not included).
- Open the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the transmitter.
- Insert 4 new AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
Warning: Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
2. Binding the Transmitter to a Receiver
This transmitter operates on a 2.4GHz frequency and must be bound to a compatible FMS 2.4G receiver (sold separately) before use.
- Ensure the transmitter batteries are installed and the power switch is OFF.
- Connect the receiver to your RC vehicle's Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) and power source.
- Turn ON the receiver power. The receiver's LED should flash, indicating it is waiting for a binding signal.
- While holding down the BIND button on the transmitter, turn ON the transmitter's power switch.
- Continue holding the BIND button until the LED indicator on both the transmitter and receiver turns solid, indicating a successful bind.
- Release the BIND button.
- Turn OFF both the transmitter and receiver, then turn them ON again to confirm the binding.
If binding fails, repeat the steps. Ensure the transmitter and receiver are close to each other during the binding process.
Operating Instructions
Powering On
- Turn ON the transmitter first.
- Then, turn ON the receiver/vehicle power.
Important: Always power on the transmitter before the vehicle and power off the vehicle before the transmitter to prevent loss of control.
Basic Controls
- Steering: Rotate the steering wheel clockwise for right turns, counter-clockwise for left turns.
- Throttle: Pull the trigger towards you for forward movement. Push the trigger away from you for braking, and further for reverse.
Trim Adjustments
Trim controls allow fine-tuning of the steering and throttle neutral positions.
- Steering Trim: If the vehicle pulls left or right when the steering wheel is centered, adjust the steering trim dial until the vehicle tracks straight.
- Throttle Trim: If the vehicle creeps forward or backward when the throttle trigger is at neutral, adjust the throttle trim dial until the vehicle remains stationary.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the transmitter. Avoid using solvents or harsh chemicals.
- Storage: Store the transmitter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Remove batteries if storing for extended periods to prevent leakage.
- Battery Care: Replace batteries when the LED indicator shows low power. Dispose of used batteries responsibly.
