Setup

1. Wireless Connection (2.4GHz USB Dongle)

This method provides the lowest latency for gaming.

1. Insert the USB wireless dongle into an available USB port on your gaming console (PS5, PS4, Switch Dock, PC) or computer.
2. Ensure the headset is powered on. The headset and dongle should automatically pair. A solid blue light on both indicates a successful connection.
3. Adjust audio settings on your device to output sound through the headset if it doesn't automatically switch.

2. Bluetooth Connection

For devices supporting Bluetooth audio (e.g., mobile phones, some PCs):

1. With the headset powered on, press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button (refer to controls section for location) until the LED indicator flashes rapidly, indicating pairing mode.
2. On your device, enable Bluetooth and search for "KAPEYDESI Captain 400" (or similar name).
3. Select the headset to pair. Once connected, the LED indicator will turn solid blue.

3. Wired Connection (3.5mm Aux Cable)

For devices with a 3.5mm audio jack (e.g., Xbox controllers, some PCs, mobile devices). Note: Wired mode requires the headset to be turned off.

1. Ensure the headset is powered off.
2. Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the headset's 3.5mm port.
3. Connect the other end of the 3.5mm audio cable to your device's 3.5mm audio jack (e.g., Xbox controller).
4. For Xbox One, a headset adapter (not included) may be required for full functionality if your controller does not have a 3.5mm jack.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• To power on, press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator lights up.
• To power off, press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator turns off.

Volume Control

• Use the volume roller on the headset to adjust the audio output level. Roll up to increase volume, roll down to decrease.

Microphone Mute/Unmute

• Press the Mute button (usually located near the volume roller) to mute or unmute the microphone. The microphone LED will indicate its status (e.g., red for muted).

Charging

To charge your KAPEYDESI Wireless Gaming Headphones:

1. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the headset.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
3. The LED indicator will show charging status (e.g., red while charging, blue when fully charged).
