3.2 Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the massager. The device is equipped with a rechargeable 2200mAh lithium-ion battery.
- Locate the USB Type-C charging port on the massager.
- Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the massager and a compatible power adapter (not included).
- The charging indicator light will illuminate. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours and provides up to 100 minutes of massage use.
- Disconnect the charger once fully charged.

3.3 Wearing the Massager
The massager features a hands-free design with adjustable straps for a secure and comfortable fit.
- Place the massager around your neck, ensuring the massage nodes are positioned correctly on your neck and shoulders.
- Bring the long straps forward and secure the buckle at the back.
- Adjust the straps to achieve a snug fit that allows the massage nodes to make firm contact with your muscles without causing discomfort.
- Alternatively, you can hold the straps to manually adjust pressure during use.

4.3 Heat Function

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
The massager is made of premium breathable mesh and PU leather. The cover is removable for cleaning.
- Ensure the massager is turned off and unplugged before cleaning.
- Unzip and remove the mesh cover from the massage nodes.
- Hand wash the mesh cover with mild soap and water. Allow it to air dry completely.
- Wipe the PU leather surface of the massager with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
- Reattach the dry mesh cover before next use.
