5.2 Z-Wave Network Inclusion (Adding the Device)

SmartStart Inclusion (Recommended for compatible hubs):

  1. Ensure your Z-Wave hub supports SmartStart.
  2. Open your Z-Wave hub's mobile application.
  3. Select the option to 'Add Device' or 'Scan QR Code'.
  4. Scan the QR code located on the smart plug or its packaging.
  5. Plug the Minoston MP31Z into a power outlet. The device should automatically be added to your Z-Wave network.
  6. If prompted, press the program button on the side of the plug three times quickly to confirm inclusion.

Manual Inclusion:

6. Operation
