4. Setup and Installation

4.1 Prepare Your ATV

• Park your ATV on a level surface and ensure the engine is off and cooled.
• Clean the handlebar area where the clamps will be attached.

4.2 Attach Handlebar Clamps

• Identify the two handlebar clamps. These typically consist of two halves that secure around the handlebar.
• Position one clamp on each side of your ATV's handlebars, ensuring they are evenly spaced and allow for comfortable grip and control.
• Secure the clamps loosely with the provided bolts. Do not fully tighten at this stage.

4.3 Assemble Mounting Arms

• Attach the lower end of each mounting arm to the handlebar clamps using the appropriate bolts and nuts.
• Ensure the adjustable joints on the mounting arms are facing the correct direction to allow for windshield angle adjustment.

4.4 Attach Windshield to Mounting Arms

• Align the pre-drilled holes on the windshield with the upper attachment points on the mounting arms.
• Secure the windshield to the arms using the remaining bolts, washers, and nuts. Do not fully tighten yet.

4.5 Adjust and Final Tighten

• Once the windshield is loosely assembled, adjust its position and angle to your preference, ensuring it provides optimal protection and clear vision without obstructing controls.
• Carefully tighten all bolts, starting with the handlebar clamps, then the arm joints, and finally the windshield attachment points. Ensure all connections are firm but avoid over-tightening, which can damage components.
