4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case.
2. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source.
3. The LED display on the case will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes about 1.5 hours.

4.2 Pairing with Your Device

The earbuds feature one-step auto-pairing for convenience.

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged and placed in the charging case.

4. Select "i13" from the list of found devices to connect.

5.1 Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud (R/L).
• Next Track: Long tap 1s on the Right earbud.
• Previous Track: Long tap 1s on the Left earbud.
• Volume Up: Double tap on the Right earbud.
• Volume Down: Double tap on the Left earbud.

5.2 Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Short tap on either earbud.

6.1 Charging the Earbuds

Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically begin charging. The LED display on the case will show the individual battery levels of each earbud.

6.2 Charging the Case

Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and to a 5V/1A power adapter (not included). The digital display will show the case's battery percentage during charging. A full charge provides approximately 4 additional charges for the earbuds.

Proper care ensures the longevity of your earbuds.

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the earbuds and charging case. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Water Resistance: The earbuds are IP7 waterproof, meaning they are protected against immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. They are resistant to sweat, rain, and splashes. Do not submerge them for extended periods or expose them to hot water. Ensure earbuds are dry before placing them back in the charging case.
• Storage: Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged. Avoid extreme temperatures.

• Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are charged. Place them back in the case, close the lid, then open it again. Delete "i13" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
• Only one earbud working: Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, then open it. This should reset their connection. If the issue persists, try re-pairing.
• No sound: Check the volume level on both your device and the earbuds. Ensure the earbuds are properly connected to your device.
