1. Introduction

2. Setup
2.1 What's in the Box

2.2 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge your Apple Watch Ultra 2. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the back of the watch and plug the USB-C end into a compatible power adapter (sold separately). The watch will display a charging indicator.
2.3 Attaching the Band
Slide the Alpine Loop band into the slots on the top and bottom of the watch case until you hear a click. Ensure the band is securely fastened before wearing the watch.
2.4 Pairing with iPhone
- Turn on your Apple Watch Ultra 2 by pressing and holding the side button until the Apple logo appears.
- Bring your iPhone near your Apple Watch. A pairing screen will appear on your iPhone. Tap "Continue."
- Position your iPhone so that your Apple Watch appears in the viewfinder on your iPhone.
- Follow the on-screen instructions on both devices to complete the pairing process.
3. Operating the Device
3.1 Controls and Navigation

- Digital Crown: Rotate to scroll, zoom, or adjust values. Press once to go to the watch face or app list. Double-press to switch between recently used apps. Press and hold for Siri.
- Side Button: Press once to open the Dock (recently used apps). Double-press for Apple Pay. Press and hold for Emergency SOS or to power off.
- Action Button: Customizable orange button on the left side. Default functions include starting a workout, marking a Compass Waypoint, or starting a dive. Customize its function in the Settings app on your watch.
3.2 Display Features
The Apple Watch Ultra 2 features an Always-On Retina display, providing visibility even in direct sunlight. The large display allows for more complications on your watch face and up to six metrics at once during workouts.
3.3 Cellular Connectivity
With built-in cellular, you can make calls, send texts, stream music, and get directions using Maps directly from your watch, even without your iPhone nearby. International roaming is also supported.

The Compass app provides elevation, incline, longitude, and latitude. Mark locations with Compass Waypoints and use Backtrack to retrace your steps using GPS.

Regularly clean your watch and band. Use a soft, lint-free cloth. If necessary, lightly dampen the cloth with fresh water. Avoid using soaps, cleaning products, abrasive materials, or compressed air, as these can damage the watch.
4.2 Water Resistance
The Apple Watch Ultra 2 is water resistant to 100 meters. It is suitable for high-speed water sports and recreational diving up to 40 meters. After exposure to salt water, rinse the watch with fresh water and dry it thoroughly.

If your Apple Watch Ultra 2 is unresponsive, force restart it by pressing and holding both the Digital Crown and the side button for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
5.2 Pairing Issues
Ensure your iPhone's Bluetooth is enabled and both devices are charged. If issues persist, unpair the watch from your iPhone (if previously paired) and attempt to pair again. You may need to reset your Apple Watch to factory settings if pairing fails repeatedly.
5.3 Inaccurate Readings
For accurate heart rate and activity readings, ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist. For GPS accuracy, ensure a clear view of the sky. Calibrate your watch for improved distance and pace measurements.
