Skin Tone & Hair Color Compatibility

Setup Instructions

1. Prepare Skin: Clean and shave the area to be treated. Ensure the skin is dry and free from any deodorants, lotions, or other products.
2. Connect Power: Plug the device into a power outlet using the provided adapter. The device is corded electric and must be plugged in to operate.
3. Wear Goggles: Put on the protective IPL goggles included in the package to shield your eyes from the intense light flashes.
4. Power On: Long press the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the device. The fan inside will activate, and you may hear its sound. The ice cooling symbol will light up by default.

Operating Instructions

1. Select Intensity Level: Short press the level button to adjust the treatment level. Level-1 is the lowest intensity, and Level-5 is the highest. Choose a suitable level appropriate for your skin and hair type. Start with Level-1 and gradually increase as comfortable.
2. Position Device: Place the light-emitting window of the device firmly and vertically against the skin area you wish to treat. Ensure full contact with the skin; the indicator lights will illuminate when properly positioned.
3. Initiate Flash:
   • Manual Flash Mode: Press the flash button to emit a single pulse. This mode is ideal for smaller, precise areas like the upper lip or underarms.
   • Auto-Glide Mode: Long press the flash button for 2 seconds to activate Auto-Glide mode. The device will continuously emit flashes as you glide it over the skin, ideal for larger areas like legs or back.
4. Treatment Frequency: For the first few weeks, use the device approximately 3 times a week. After initial hair reduction, reduce frequency to once every 2-4 weeks for maintenance.
5. After Treatment: After finishing the treatment, keep pressing the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the device. Allow the device to cool to room temperature.

Maintenance

• After each use, ensure the device has cooled down.
• Use a dry and clean cloth to gently wipe the device, especially the light-emitting window, to remove any residue.
• Store the device and its accessories in the original gift box or a safe, dry place at room temperature.

Troubleshooting

Error reminders may be encountered, indicated by the level indicator light when the device is running. Refer to the following:

• ERROR 1: Indicates a reminder of input voltage abnormality. When the voltage is lower than the value, or exceeds the highest value, the first light (far away from light-emitting window) of the level indicator light will light up. Customers need to contact the after-sales department.
• ERROR 2: Indicates a reminder of fan abnormality. When the device is running, the second light of the level indicator light will light up. Customers need to contact the after-sales department.
• Device Not Flashing: If the white light isn’t on when positioned, adjust the device's position to ensure full contact with the skin.
