Setup Guide

1. Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the Type-C cable to the charging case and a power source. The digital display on the case will show the charging progress. The earbuds will also charge when placed inside the case.

2. Pairing with Your Device

1. Ensure your device's Bluetooth is turned on.
2. Open the charging case and take out both earbuds. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
3. On your device, search for Bluetooth devices and select "T60" from the list.
4. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation prompt, and the earbuds will be ready for use.

3. Achieving a Perfect Fit

For optimal sound quality and comfort, select the correct eartip size and ensure a secure fit.

1. Put the ear hook over the back of your ear.
2. Insert the ear tip snugly into your ear canal.
3. Adjust for comfort and stability.

• Force Control: Do not insert earbuds forcefully to protect ear canal. Adjust ear hooks gently to avoid over-pressing ear skin.
• Stop if Uncomfortable: If there's any discomfort like ear canal pain, skin itch or foreign body feeling, stop using earbuds, check, and seek medical help if needed.
• Adaptation for Sports: Ensure ear hook positions are right and stable before exercise to prevent shaking/friction harm like abrasions.

Touch Controls

The PocBuds T60 earbuds feature intuitive touch controls for easy management of music and calls.

Battery Life and Digital Display

The charging case features a dual LED digital display to show the remaining power of the charging case and the charging status of each earbud (L/R). Each earbud provides up to 8 hours of listening time, and the charging case extends total playtime to 80 hours.

Maintenance and Care

Cleaning Your Earbuds

Regular cleaning helps maintain sound quality and hygiene.

1. Remove the earbuds from the charging case.
2. Unplug the charging cable from the case and device.
3. For earbud contacts, clean with a slightly wet cotton swab. For case pins, use a damp lint-free cloth.
4. Wipe other parts of the earbuds and case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.

Recommendations:

• Clean earbuds at least once a week. In sweaty, dusty, or allergenic conditions, clean more often.
• If exposed to pollen, dust or cosmetics, wipe the earbuds with a damp cloth before use to cut allergen. Allergic users should clean them right after use.

Common Issues and Solutions:

• Earbuds not pairing or connecting:
  • Ensure both earbuds are taken out of the charging case.
  • Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device.
  • Forget "T60" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
  • Ensure earbuds are charged.
• Only one earbud working:
  • Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then take them out again.
  • Perform a factory reset (see video below).
• Poor sound quality or low bass:
  • Ensure eartips are properly seated in your ear canal. Try different sized eartips for a better seal.
  • Clean the earbud mesh and contacts.
  • Ensure your device's volume is not too low.
• Charging issues:
  • Check the Type-C cable and charging adapter.
  • Ensure the charging pins on the earbuds and in the case are clean and free of debris.
  • If using wireless charging, ensure the case is correctly placed on the Qi-certified charging pad.
