Setup

1. SIM Card Installation

The NUU A15 supports dual Nano SIM cards. To install your SIM card(s):

1. Locate the SIM tray on the side of the phone.
2. Insert the provided SIM ejector pin into the small hole next to the tray and press gently until the tray pops out.
3. Place your Nano SIM card(s) into the designated slots on the tray with the gold contacts facing down. Ensure they are correctly oriented.
4. If installing a microSD card for expanded storage (up to 1TB), place it in the dedicated microSD slot on the same tray.
5. Carefully push the tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.

2. Initial Power On

Press and hold the Power button (located on the side of the device) until the NUU logo appears. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, and Google account setup.

3. Network Configuration (APN Settings)

The NUU A15 is unlocked and compatible with major carriers such as T-Mobile, Mint Mobile, Metro, Q Link Wireless, Google Fi, Hello Mobile, Tello Mobile, Lycamobile, Patriot Mobile, Republic Wireless, Simple Mobile, StandUp Wireless, SpeedTalk, Telcel America, and MVNO networks. It supports VoLTE/HD Voice.

In some cases, you may need to manually configure the Access Point Name (APN) settings for your carrier. Refer to your carrier's support documentation for specific APN details. To access APN settings:

• Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network.
• Select your SIM card.
• Tap Advanced > Access Point Names.
• Tap the + icon to add a new APN or select an existing one to edit.

Note: This device is not compatible with Verizon, AT&T, Cricket, Boost Mobile, Tracfone, Pulse Cellular, Union Wireless, Spectrum, or any CDMA carrier.
