Storage
Store the blender in a clean, dry place. You can store the pitcher assembled on the base or separately. Do not store anything on top of the blender.
6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Blender does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power outage; pitcher not correctly seated; thermal overload. | Ensure the blender is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check circuit breaker. Ensure the pitcher is properly aligned and locked onto the base. If the motor overheats, unplug and let it cool for 15-20 minutes before restarting. |
| Ingredients are not blending smoothly, especially frozen items. | Too little liquid; ingredients are too large; air pocket around blades. | Add more liquid. Cut larger ingredients into smaller pieces. If an air pocket forms, stop the blender, remove the lid, scrape down the sides, and redistribute ingredients before continuing. Use the Pulse function for stubborn ingredients. |
| Loud noise or burning smell. | Overloaded motor; foreign object in pitcher; motor malfunction. | Immediately turn off and unplug the blender. Reduce the amount of ingredients. Check for any foreign objects. If the issue persists, discontinue use and contact customer support. |
| Lid leaks during blending. | Lid not securely fastened; pitcher overfilled. | Ensure the lid is firmly pressed down and locked onto the pitcher. Do not fill ingredients above the maximum fill line. |
