5. Setup

5.1 Battery Installation and Charging

1. Locate the battery compartment on the side of the laser level.
2. Insert a fully charged 3600mAh Li-ion battery into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity. Slide it in until it clicks securely.
3. To charge the battery, connect the power adapter to the charging port on the laser level or directly to the battery. The indicator light on the charger will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).
4. The battery indicator on the device's control panel will also show the current charge level.

5.2 Mounting Options

The OMMO OM-LL14 offers versatile mounting options for different applications:

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off

1. To power on, slide the main power switch (located on the side/bottom) to the 'ON' position.
2. To power off, slide the main power switch to the 'OFF' position.

6.2 Switching Modes (Self-leveling / Manual)

1. Self-leveling Mode: Slide the mode switch to the unlocked pendulum icon. The device will automatically level itself. If the tilt angle exceeds ±3°, the laser lines will flash and an alarm will sound.
2. Manual/Tilt Mode: Slide the mode switch to the locked pendulum icon. The self-leveling function is deactivated, allowing you to project inclined lines at any desired angle without an alarm.

6.3 Activating Laser Lines

Use the 'V' and 'H' buttons on the control panel or remote control to activate specific laser lines:

• Press 'V' to cycle through vertical laser lines (one vertical, two vertical, off).
• Press 'H' to cycle through horizontal laser lines (one horizontal, two horizontal, off).
• You can combine vertical and horizontal lines as needed.

6.4 Adjusting Brightness

Press the Power button (brightness adjustment) on the control panel or the corresponding button on the remote control to cycle through three different brightness levels for the laser lines.
