2. Important Safety Instructions

  • Always unplug the KitchenAid Stand Mixer before attaching, detaching, or cleaning the juicer attachment.

4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble the juicer attachment:

5. Operating Instructions

The GVODE Masticating Juicer Attachment uses a slow-pressure juicing technology to extract juice from various fruits and vegetables, minimizing oxidation and preserving nutrients.

5.1 Preparing Produce

  • Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  • Cut produce into pieces small enough to fit into the dual feed chute. The attachment features two openings: 1.5 inches and 2 inches.
  • Remove hard seeds, pits, or thick skins from fruits like peaches, mangoes, or pineapples before juicing.

5.2 Juicing Process

  1. Ensure the juicer attachment is securely installed and cups are in place.
  2. Plug in your KitchenAid Stand Mixer.
  3. Turn the mixer to the recommended speed setting:
    • Speed 1-2 (Soft): Recommended for soft fruits like oranges, apples, berries, and watermelon.
    • Speed 3-4 (Hard): Recommended for harder produce like celery, carrots, and beets.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your juicer attachment.
