Product Overview
Setup
- Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge your Anker MagGo Power Bank using a USB-C cable and a compatible wall adapter (not included). The smart display will indicate the charging progress.
- Power On: Press the power button once to activate the power bank and view the smart display.
Operating Instructions
Wireless Charging:
- Align your MagSafe-compatible iPhone (iPhone 12 series or later) with the magnetic charging surface on the power bank. The magnets will snap into place, and charging will begin automatically.
- The smart display will show the charging status and estimated time to full charge for your device.
Wired Charging:
- Connect your device to the USB-C port on the power bank using a compatible USB-C to USB-C cable (included).
- The power bank's USB-C port supports both input (for recharging the power bank) and output (for charging other devices).
Using the Foldable Stand:
- Gently pull out the integrated stand from the back of the power bank.
- Position your iPhone on the power bank in either portrait or landscape mode for hands-free viewing while it charges.
Smart Display:
- The smart display provides real-time information on the power bank's battery level, remaining usage time when charging a device, and the estimated time to fully recharge the power bank itself.
Maintenance
- Keep the power bank away from liquids, extreme heat, and direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting
Device Not Charging:
- Ensure the power bank is sufficiently charged.
- For wireless charging, verify proper alignment of your iPhone with the magnetic surface.
- For wired charging, check that the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the power bank and your device.
- If using a phone case, ensure it is MagSafe compatible for wireless charging. Non-magnetic cases may interfere.
Charging Stops at 80%:
- Your iPhone may stop charging at 80% to protect the battery. This can happen if it gets too warm during charging as part of iOS 17's thermal control strategy. Charging will resume once the device cools down. Moving your iPhone to a cooler area may help.
Smart Display Not Working:
- Press the power button to activate the display.
