1. Introduction

This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your Anker MagGo Power Bank (Model A1654). Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product and retain it for future reference.

The Anker MagGo Power Bank is a portable charging solution featuring Qi2 certified 15W wireless charging, a 10,000mAh battery capacity, a smart display, and a foldable stand. It is designed for compatibility with iPhone 12/13/14/15 series and other Qi-compatible devices.

3. Product Overview

Familiarize yourself with the components of your Anker MagGo Power Bank.

  • Magnetic Charging Surface: For wireless charging compatible devices.

  • USB-C Port: For charging the power bank and wired device charging.
  • Power Button: Activates the power bank and display.

4. Setup and Charging the Power Bank

Before first use, fully charge your Anker MagGo Power Bank.

  1. Charging the Power Bank:

    Connect the provided USB-C to USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C port and to a compatible USB-C wall charger (not included, 20W or higher Power Delivery (PD) adapter recommended for optimal performance). The smart display will show the charging status and estimated full recharge time.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Wireless Charging (MagSafe Compatible)

  1. Ensure your device is MagSafe compatible (iPhone 12 series or newer).
  2. Align your device with the magnetic charging surface of the power bank. The magnets will securely attach the device.
  3. The smart display on the power bank will show the charging status and estimated remaining usage time.

Note: For optimal wireless charging, ensure no foreign objects are between the power bank and your device. Non-magnetic cases may interfere with the magnetic attachment and charging efficiency.

5.2 Wired Charging

  1. Connect your device to the power bank's USB-C port using a compatible USB-C cable.
  2. The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. The smart display will show the charging status.

5.3 Using the Foldable Stand

The integrated foldable stand allows for hands-free viewing while your device is charging.

  1. Gently pull out the stand from the back of the power bank.
  2. Place your MagSafe-compatible device onto the magnetic charging surface.
  3. Adjust the angle of the stand for comfortable viewing in either portrait or landscape orientation.

6. Smart Display Information

The smart display provides real-time information about the power bank's status.

  • Battery Level (%): Indicates the current charge level of the power bank.
  • Remaining Usage Time: When charging a device, shows the estimated time the power bank can continue to supply power.
  • Full Recharge Time: When the power bank is being recharged, shows the estimated time until it is fully charged.

7. Maintenance and Care

  • Keep the power bank away from liquids, extreme temperatures, and direct sunlight.
  • Clean the device with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use corrosive cleaners or sprays.
  • Store the power bank in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • Avoid dropping or subjecting the power bank to strong impacts.

8. Troubleshooting
