4.3 Adapters
The meter comes with 3/4 inch NPT adapters for versatile connection options.
4.4 Environmental Considerations
Install the meter in a dry environment, away from direct exposure to rain, humidity, or condensation.
4.5 Electromagnetic Interference
The flow meter is equipped with an anti-electromagnetic interference function, allowing it to be installed in proximity to pumps or motors. If using a flow meter without this feature, it should be installed as far away as possible from such equipment to prevent inaccurate readings caused by magnetic induction.

5. Operation
5.1 Digital LCD Display
The clear LCD screen provides real-time data:
- Instantaneous Flow: Shows the current flow rate.
- Single Cumulative Flow: Tracks the flow for a single operation (resettable).
- Total Cumulative Flow: Records the overall accumulated flow (non-resettable).

5.2 Unit Switching
The meter supports five different measurement units: Gallons (GAL), Quarts (QTS), Pints (PTS), Liters (L), and Cubic Meters (m³).
- Simultaneously press and hold both the "CALIBRATE" (red) and "DISPLAY" (white) buttons for more than 5 seconds to enter the metering unit setting mode. The current unit will flash.
- Press the "DISPLAY" (white) button to cycle through the available units (m³, Qts, Pts, L, Gal (US)).
- Once the desired unit is flashing, long press the "CALIBRATE" (red) button for 3 seconds to save the selection and exit the setting mode.

5.3 Auto Turn-Off and Energy Saving
The display screen will automatically turn off after 10 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery life. It will automatically turn on when liquid flow is detected or by pressing any key. The standby time is over 1 year.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Battery Replacement
The flow meter uses 2 x AAA LRO3 batteries. The memory is non-volatile, ensuring data is retained during battery replacement. A battery icon will appear on the display when the battery is low.

6.2 Cleaning
Due to the non-waterproof nature of the device, clean the exterior with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use excessive moisture or immerse the device.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1 Inaccurate Readings
- Flow Rate: Ensure the liquid flow rate is within the specified range of 2.6-26 GPM (10-100 LPM).
- Installation Direction: Verify the meter is installed correctly with the liquid flow matching the arrow on the device.
- Calibration: If readings are consistently off, consider performing on-site calibration as detailed in the full product manual.
7.2 Display Not Working
- Battery Level: Check the battery icon on the display. If low, replace the 2 x AAA LRO3 batteries.
- Activity: The display automatically turns off after 10 minutes of inactivity. It should reactivate with liquid flow or by pressing any button.
7.3 Leaks
- Connections: Ensure all NPT thread connections are properly sealed and tightened.
- Casing Integrity: Inspect the meter's casing for any damage or cracks.
