GRYVOZE Digital Turbine Flow Meter: Operation and Calibration

Understanding the GRYVOZE Flow Meter

The GRYVOZE digital turbine flow meter displays liquid flow information in two primary forms: Instantaneous Flow and Total Cumulative Flow. It features a clear key for resetting and query functions, and a display key for viewing information.

Key Features:

Two Forms of Use:

On-Site Calibration

To ensure measurement accuracy and precision, calibrate the flowmeter at its designated location under actual working conditions. This process involves adjusting the flowmeter's coefficient.

Calibration Procedure:

  1. Press the "C" and "D" keys simultaneously to view the current coefficient.
  2. Hold down the "C" key for 5 seconds to enter the coefficient setting mode. The coefficient will blink.
  3. Use the "D" key to adjust the coefficient.
  4. Use the "C" key to switch between digits for adjustment.
  5. After adjustment, wait for 10 seconds for the mode to exit automatically.

Calibration Formula:

Calibrated Coefficient = Actual Flow Rate / Displayed Flow Rate * Coefficient Before Calibration

Example: If the flowmeter displays 98L when testing 100L of liquid, and the initial coefficient is 1000, the new coefficient should be adjusted to: (100L / 98L) * 1000 ≈ 1020.

Initial Coefficients:

Other Settings Adjustments

Reset Single Time Metering

Press the "D" key once to reset the single time metering.

Check Total Accumulated

Under the "Initial Interface Display," press the "C" key once to enter the total accumulated display (TOTAL). Press the "C" key again to return to the "Initial Interface Display."

Reset Total Accumulated

Press and hold the "D" key for 5 seconds to clear the total accumulated value.

Metering Unit Setting

Simultaneously press and hold the "C" and "D" keys for more than 5 seconds to enter the metering unit setting. The default unit is liters (ITR). You can switch between GAL (gallons), QTS (quarts), PTS (pints), L (liters), and m³.

Press the "C" key for 3 seconds to save and exit the metering unit setting.
