3. Setup Instructions

- Fill the water reservoir with clean water up to the 'MAX' line indicated on the side. Do not overfill.

3.3 App Download and Device Connection
The PETGUGU app allows for smart control and health monitoring. The device only supports 2.4G Wi-Fi networks; 5GHz networks are not supported.
- Download the PETGUGU app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). You can scan the QR code provided in Image 3.3.
- Ensure your mobile phone's Bluetooth and 2.4G Wi-Fi are enabled.
- Open the app and add your pet's information for the first time.
- Long press the power button on the water dispenser until the right indicator light blinks.
- In the app, navigate to the 'Device' interface and select 'Add Device'.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to connect the water dispenser, inputting your 2.4G Wi-Fi password when requested.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Water Dispensing Modes
The fountain offers two water outlet modes, selectable via the app or the physical button:
- Continuous Mode: Water flows continuously.
- Intermittent Mode (Energy-Saving): Water flows for 30 seconds and then pauses for 3 minutes.

4.2 Smart App Health Monitoring
The PETGUGU app provides real-time monitoring of your pet's drinking data, accurate to grams. It records daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly water intake, allowing you to detect any abnormal drinking patterns promptly.

4.3 Live Body Detection
The fountain is equipped with a live body detection function. When a pet is detected within 50cm, the water pump will start to work. If the pet continues to drink, the fountain will continue to operate. When the pet stops drinking, it will switch back to energy-saving mode.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning the Fountain
Regular cleaning is essential for maintaining water quality and extending the product's lifespan. The modular design allows for easy disassembly and cleaning.
- Disconnect the power adapter before cleaning.
- Disassemble the water tray, reservoir, and filter assembly.
