2. Safety Information

4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your CAPHAUS wire shelving unit:

1. Attach Leveling Feet or Wheels: Decide whether you want to use the leveling feet for stationary stability or the rubber casters for mobility. Screw the chosen components into the bottom of the lower poles. If using wheels, ensure the locking mechanisms are engaged during assembly for stability.
2. Connect Poles: Screw the upper poles into the connectors on top of the lower poles to create the full height support columns.
3. Install Plastic Clips: Snap the plastic clips onto the grooves of the poles at your desired shelf height. Ensure both halves of each clip are securely fastened around the pole and that they are at the same height on all four poles for a level shelf.
4. Place Shelves: Slide a wire shelf down over the poles until it rests firmly on the plastic clips. Apply even pressure to all four corners to ensure it seats properly.
5. Repeat for Remaining Shelves: Continue installing plastic clips and shelves at your desired intervals. The shelves are adjustable in 1-inch increments, allowing for customized storage space.
