Setup Guide

1. Charging the Headphones and Case

Before first use, ensure both the headphones and the charging case are fully charged.

• Place the earbuds into their respective slots in the charging case. Ensure they are properly seated.
• Connect the Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
• The indicator lights on the charging case will illuminate to show the charging status. A full charge typically takes about 1.5 hours for the earbuds.
• The charging case holds multiple charges for the earbuds, providing up to 45 hours of total playtime.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode when removed from the charging case.

• Open the charging case and remove both earbuds. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
• On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth.
• Search for "Freebeats" or "DACOM H11" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
• Select the device name to connect. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone.
• The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when removed from the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Operating Instructions

Wearing the Earbuds

The DACOM Open Ear Headphones feature an angled ear hook design for a secure and comfortable fit.

1. Take the earbuds from the charging case.
2. Position the ear hook behind your ear, guiding the earbud into place.
3. Adjust the position of the earbud for optimal comfort and a secure fit. The design ensures they stay in place during various activities without entering the ear canal.

Touch Controls

The earbuds feature intuitive touch controls for easy management of music and calls.

• Power On: Take out from charging case, or touch and hold the touch area for 3 seconds.
• Power Off: Place back into charging case, or touch and hold the touch area for 5 seconds.
• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud during an incoming call.
• Reject Call: Touch and hold on either earbud during an incoming call.
• Next Track: Double tap the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap the left earbud.
• Volume Up: Triple tap the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Triple tap the left earbud.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Touch and hold for 2 seconds on either earbud.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Regularly wipe the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Storage: When not in use, store the headphones in their charging case to protect them from dust and damage. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.
• Water Resistance: While IPX5 rated for sweat and splash resistance, do not submerge the headphones in water. Ensure they are dry before placing them back in the charging case to prevent damage.
