- Select Function: Turn the rotary dial to select your desired cooking function (e.g., Rice, Meat/Chicken). The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.

- Pressure Release: Once cooking is complete, the cooker will automatically switch to 'Keep Warm' mode. To open the lid, you must first release the pressure.
- Natural Release: Allow the pressure to dissipate naturally. This is recommended for foamy foods or large cuts of meat.
- Quick Release: Carefully turn the pressure release valve to the 'venting' position. Keep hands and face away from the steam.
- Open Lid: Once all pressure has been released and the float valve has dropped, rotate the lid counter-clockwise and lift it carefully away from you to avoid residual steam.
- Serve: Carefully remove the inner pot and serve your meal.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and proper functioning of your pressure cooker.
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the cooker from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Inner Pot: The non-stick inner pot can be washed with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads to protect the non-stick coating. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Lid: Wash the lid with warm, soapy water. Pay attention to the sealing gasket and pressure release valve, ensuring they are free of food debris. The sealing gasket can be removed for thorough cleaning if necessary, then reinstalled correctly.
- Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
