• Do not hang heavy objects from the frame.
• Clear snow accumulation from the roof to prevent collapse. Use the provided support poles in snowy conditions.
• Avoid using open flames or heating elements too close to the gazebo fabric.

Detailed Assembly Steps

1. Prepare Posts and Beams: Begin by organizing all frame components. Attach the footers to the bottom posts. Slide the bottom posts into the top posts and secure them with screws.
2. Assemble Front and Rear Beams: Connect the sections of the front and rear beams. Ensure the curtain tracks are properly aligned and attached to the front beam. Apply sealant or glue to the seams of the beams for enhanced waterproofing.
3. Frame Construction: Attach the assembled front and rear beams to the posts. Add the side beams to complete the rectangular frame. Secure all connections with the provided hardware.
4. Add Corner Supports: Install the triangular support pieces at the corners of the frame for added stability.
5. Install Middle Beams: Place the middle beams to support the roof structure.
6. Secure the Structure: Once the frame is complete, secure the gazebo posts to your patio or deck flooring using appropriate anchors.
7. Install Side Panels: Add the acrylic privacy/sun panels to the sides of the gazebo. These panels offer partial sun blockage and protection from light rain.
8. Roof Installation: Carefully install the galvanized steel roof panels. Ensure rubber pieces are placed between the roof and beams for a snug fit and to prevent leaks. Secure the roof panels with screws.
9. Curtains and Netting: Hang the mosquito netting and privacy curtains onto the double track system. The netting helps keep insects out, while the curtains provide privacy and wind protection.

Operation

Curtains and Netting

The gazebo features a double-track system for the mosquito netting and privacy curtains. This allows for flexible use:

• Mosquito Netting: Use the inner netting to protect against insects while maintaining ventilation.
• Privacy Curtains: Use the outer curtains for privacy, to block wind, or to retain warmth in cooler weather.

Drainage System

The galvanized steel sloping roof is designed with slopes and flutes to facilitate quick drainage of rainwater and snowmelt. Water flows along the gutter system to the poles, ensuring that you remain dry when entering or exiting the gazebo during precipitation.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance will extend the life and appearance of your gazebo.

• Inspection: Periodically inspect all bolts, screws, and connections to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten as necessary. Check for any signs of rust or damage to the frame or roof.
• Winter Preparation: In areas with heavy snowfall, utilize the two extra support poles to increase the weight-bearing capacity of the roof. Regularly clear snow from the roof to prevent excessive load.
• Fabric Care: Store curtains and netting indoors during extreme weather conditions or off-season to prolong their lifespan.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your gazebo, consider the following:

• Leaks: Ensure all roof panels are correctly installed and sealed. Check for any gaps or loose screws. Apply additional sealant if necessary.
• Instability: Verify that all frame connections are tight and the posts are securely anchored to the ground or deck. Ensure the structure is level.
• Bent Panels: Avoid placing excessive weight or pressure on the roof panels during or after assembly. If a panel is bent, it may need to be carefully reshaped or replaced.
• Curtain/Netting Issues: Check the double track system for obstructions. Ensure grommets and zippers are intact.
