Side Roof Cover Assembly
This section details the installation of the side roof covers. Specific steps and part references would be detailed here, typically involving securing the covers to the main roof structure.
Installation of the Rear Drip Rail
This section provides dimensions related to wall mounting and drip rail installation.
- Dimensions shown: 2438mm, 660mm, 657.5mm, 90mm.
- Diagrams illustrate wall mounting points and drip rail placement.
Step 21: Wall Mounting Preparation
This step is for fixing the canopy to the wall and requires drilling holes into the wall. If wall fixation is not required, skip this step.
Step 22: Drip Rail Placement
The diagram shows the placement of the drip rail.
Step 23: Securing Posts and Beams to Wall
Insert part #13 into the wall through #C3 to secure rear posts to the wall. Insert part #13 into the wall through #K4 to secure #E1 & E2 to the wall. If wall fixation is not considered, this step can be skipped. This step requires the user to drill holes in the wall for fixation. Bracket #C3 is used to fix the post against the wall. Assemble only two pieces for each post according to the actual installation situation.
Base Assembly
Step 24: Base Component Connection
Insert part #AA into #BB and secure it with #15 and #16. Insert #BB into the base #CC.
Step 25: Support Tube Function
The support tube can strengthen the weight capacity of the metal roof. It is essentially needed in bad weather, especially snowstorms, to prevent the roof from collapsing under heavy snow. In daily life, it can be put away.
