4.1 Hob Operation
Your cooker features 5 gas burners, including a powerful wok burner, and robust cast iron pan supports.
- Ignition: The cooker is equipped with a one-hand ignition device. To ignite a burner, press the corresponding knob down and rotate it counter-clockwise to the desired flame level. The igniter will spark automatically. Hold the knob for a few seconds after ignition to allow the thermocouple to heat up and activate the gas flow.
- Flame Adjustment: Rotate the knob to adjust the flame size. A larger flame provides more heat.
- Wok Burner: The central wok burner is designed for high-heat cooking with a wok or large pans. Ensure the wok is properly seated on the dedicated support.
- Turning Off: Rotate the knob clockwise until it clicks into the 'off' position.
4.2 Oven Operation
The 105-litre multifunction oven features a fan for even heat distribution and catalytic self-cleaning sides.

- Function Selection: Use the oven function selector knob to choose the desired cooking mode (e.g., conventional baking, fan-assisted, grill).
- Temperature Setting: Use the temperature control knob to set the desired oven temperature. The digital display may show the current temperature or a timer.
- Preheating: For best results, preheat the oven to the desired temperature before placing food inside.
- Oven Racks: Position the oven racks at the appropriate height for your dish. The oven comes with 2 racks.
- Oven Light: The oven light can be switched on to monitor cooking progress without opening the door.
- Catalytic Self-Cleaning: The oven features catalytic panels on the sides that absorb and break down grease during normal cooking temperatures. For heavy soiling, run the oven at its maximum temperature for approximately one hour. Ensure the oven is empty during this process.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life and efficiency of your cooker.
5.1 Hob Cleaning
- Allow the hob and pan supports to cool completely before cleaning.
- Remove the cast iron pan supports and burner caps/crowns. Wash them with warm soapy water. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive cleaner suitable for cast iron can be used.
- Wipe the hob surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly.
- Do not use abrasive pads, scourers, or harsh chemicals as they can damage the finish.
5.2 Oven Cleaning
- Ensure the oven is cool before cleaning.
- The catalytic panels on the oven sides are self-cleaning. For other interior surfaces, wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
- The oven door features double glazing. Clean the glass with a glass cleaner, avoiding direct spray onto the seals.
- Remove oven racks and wash them in warm soapy water or a dishwasher.
