7. Maintenance

7.1 Battery Replacement

The lock uses 4 AA alkaline batteries. When the battery indicator signals low power, replace all four batteries promptly. Using rechargeable batteries is not recommended as it may lead to inaccurate battery level readings or premature low battery warnings.

  2. Remove the old batteries.
