Maintenance
Cleaning
Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
- Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the surfaces of the earbuds and charging case.
- Carefully remove any earwax or debris from the ear tips and speaker mesh using a clean, dry cotton swab or a small, soft brush.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents, as these can damage the product.
Storage
When not in use, always store the earbuds in their charging case. This protects them from dust, physical damage, and ensures they remain charged for your next use.
Avoid exposing the earbuds and case to extreme temperatures, high humidity, or direct sunlight for extended periods.
Battery Care
To prolong the overall lifespan of the internal batteries, avoid fully discharging the earbuds and charging case frequently. It is recommended to charge them regularly, even if they are not in constant use.
