Setup

Charging the Speaker:

Before first use, fully charge the speaker using the provided USB Type-C cable. The charging port is waterproof, but ensure it is dry before connecting the cable.

The speaker's USB Type-C charging port is located on the bottom. Ensure it is completely dry before plugging in the charging cable.

Power On/Off:

Press and hold the power button (located on the bottom) for 3 seconds to turn the speaker on or off.

The power button is centrally located on the speaker's base, along with volume controls. Press and hold to power on or off.

Operating Instructions

Bluetooth Pairing:

1. Turn on the speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing blue light.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for 'C17A' in the list of available devices.
3. Select 'C17A' to connect. A confirmation tone will sound when successfully paired.

TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Pairing:

To achieve 360° stereo sound, you can pair two C17A speakers together.

1. Ensure both speakers are turned on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
2. On one speaker, quickly triple-click the power button. It will enter TWS pairing mode.
3. The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. A confirmation tone will sound once TWS pairing is successful.
4. Connect your device to one of the paired speakers via Bluetooth. Both speakers will now play audio in sync.

Hands-Free Calling:

When connected to your phone, the built-in microphone allows for hands-free calls.

• Press the power button once to answer an incoming call.
• Press the power button once during a call to end it.
• Press and hold the power button to reject an incoming call.

Volume Control:

• Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the speaker's base to adjust the volume.
• Alternatively, adjust the volume directly from your connected Bluetooth device.

Maintenance

Cleaning:

Wipe the speaker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Storage:

Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Water Resistance:

The IP67 rating means the speaker is protected against dust and can be submerged in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. After exposure to water, ensure the charging port is completely dry before charging.

The speaker is designed to be waterproof, allowing it to be used in wet environments. Always ensure the charging port is dry before plugging in any cables.

Troubleshooting

• Speaker won't turn on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source and try again.
• Speaker won't pair: Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode (flashing blue light). Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Move the speaker closer to your device (within 25 feet). Forget 'C17A' from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
• No sound or low volume: Check the volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the speaker is properly paired and not connected to another device.
• TWS pairing fails: Ensure both speakers are fully charged and not connected to any other devices before attempting TWS pairing. Try resetting both speakers by turning them off and on, then repeat the TWS pairing steps.
