True Wireless Stereo Pairing

Follow these steps to pair two "C17PRO" speakers for True Wireless Stereo (TWS) sound:

1. Turn on both "C17PRO" speakers separately. Do not pair with your phone first.
2. Triple tap the [Power Button] on one of the speakers. A prompt sound will indicate that TWS interconnection has started.
3. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth and search for "C17PRO" to pair.

Note:

• If there is no prompt sound, TWS pairing has failed. Restart the speakers and try again.
• When the speakers are in TWS pairing mode, all control functions are synchronized; operating one speaker is sufficient.
• TWS mode pairing cannot be performed while music is playing. Please stop playback to initiate pairing.

Troubleshooting

• Q1: The speaker cannot be reconnected to the phone automatically when it is turned on.
  A: Delete the paired connection record "C17PRO" on your device, then search for "C17PRO" to connect again.
• Q2: The phone cannot search out the Bluetooth name "C17PRO".
  A: Ensure the phone and speaker are within the Bluetooth range of 10 meters.
• Q3: The phone cannot connect to the speaker.
  A: If the blue indicator light does not flash after the speaker is turned on, it means the speaker is already connected to another device. Double-click the power button to disconnect Bluetooth, then your phone can search for "C17PRO" to connect.
• Q4: The speaker cannot make voice calls.
  A: Please select the speaker as the audio output method on the call interface.
• Q5: True wireless stereo pairing function cannot be connected.
  A: The effective range for TWS interconnection is approximately 7-10 meters. Keep devices within this range and try again, following the wireless stereo pairing instructions.
• Q6: The speaker cannot be turned on.
  A: If the speaker has not been used for a long time, the battery may be depleted. Please charge it.

1. 12-month warranty for quality-related issues: Within 12 months from the date of purchase, COMISO covers all quality-related issues with a replacement or full refund.
2. Free after-sale service within warranty validity, except for the following cases:
   • A. No original warranty card or valid invoice.
   • B. Speaker malfunction or damage caused by force majeure, incorrect operation (not as per the instruction manual), or any man-made factors.
   • C. Speaker not purchased from an authorized dealer, or no authorized dealer stamp on the warranty card.
   • D. Purchase date on the warranty card has been altered.
   • E. Speaker malfunction or damage occurred during shipment.
   • F. Speaker malfunction or damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or repair.

Cautions

1. Slight heating during charging and normal operation is a normal phenomenon.
2. Turn off the power supply before cleaning the speaker. Keep the unit in a dry environment.
3. Do not use alcohol, benzene, or other chemicals to clean the speaker.

5. Use only accessories provided by COMISO.
6. Do not disassemble the speaker without authorization.

Controls

The speaker features the following controls:

• [Power Button] (①): Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn on/off. Short press to play/pause music or answer/end calls. Double press to disconnect Bluetooth or toggle TWS mode.
• [Volume Down/Previous Song] (②): Short press to decrease volume. Press and hold to play the previous song.
• [Volume Up/Next Song] (③): Short press to increase volume. Press and hold to play the next song.
• [LED Indicator Light] (③): Indicates power and connection status.
• [Microphone] (④): For hands-free calls.
• [USB Charging Port] (⑤): Type-C port for charging.

Charging

Fully charge the speaker before first use; charging takes approximately 2 hours. The indicator light remains red while charging and turns off when charging is complete. If the product is not used for a long time, charge it at least once a month to prevent excessive discharge, which can affect battery life.

Low Power Warning

When the speaker's power drops below 20%, a low power warning sound will play. Charge the speaker promptly using the included Type-C charging cable (DC5V/1A). The speaker will automatically shut down when the power falls below 5%.
