5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Speaker

  1. Connect the provided AC power cord to the AC Charging Port on the rear of the speaker.
  2. Plug the other end of the AC power cord into a wall outlet.
  3. The charging indicator lights on the top panel will illuminate to show charging status. A full charge typically takes several hours.

5.2 Power On/Off

  • To power on, press and hold the Power Button on the top panel until the indicator lights activate.
  • To power off, press and hold the Power Button again until the indicator lights turn off.

5.3 Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth mode (indicated by a blue light). If not, press the Mode Button to switch to Bluetooth.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
  3. Search for "Tronsmart Halo 200" in your device's Bluetooth settings and select it to pair.
  4. Once paired, the speaker will emit an audible confirmation, and the Bluetooth indicator will remain solid.

5.4 TuneConn (Wireless Speaker Connection)

The TuneConn feature allows you to connect multiple Tronsmart Halo 200 speakers for a synchronized audio experience.

  1. Ensure all speakers are powered on and in Bluetooth mode.
  2. Pair your mobile device with one speaker (the primary speaker) via Bluetooth.
  3. On the primary speaker, press the TuneConn Button. The indicator will flash.
  4. On other speakers (secondary speakers), press their respective TuneConn Buttons. They will automatically search and connect to the primary speaker.
  5. Once connected, all speakers will play audio synchronously.

5.5 Microphone and Guitar Input

The speaker supports direct connection of microphones and guitars.

  • Connect your microphone to the MIC Input port on the rear panel.
  • Connect your guitar to the GUITAR/MIC Input port on the rear panel.
  • Adjust the individual volume knobs for the microphone and guitar inputs as needed.
  • Use the Microphone Echo Button on the top panel to add echo effects to the microphone input.

5.6 Auxiliary Input

For devices without Bluetooth, use the auxiliary input.

  • Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the AUX IN port on the rear panel of the speaker.
  • Connect the other end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the audio output of your device.
  • Press the Mode Button on the top panel to switch to AUX mode.

6.1 Basic Controls

  • Volume Wheel: Rotate clockwise to increase volume, counter-clockwise to decrease.
  • Play/Pause Button: Press once to play or pause audio.
  • Previous Track Button: Press once to go to the previous track.
  • Next Track Button: Press once to go to the next track.
  • Sound Pulse EQ Button: Press to activate/deactivate Sound Pulse EQ mode for enhanced audio.

  • Pair your speaker with your mobile device via Bluetooth.
  • Open the Tronsmart App. The app will automatically detect and connect to your Halo 200 speaker.
  • Use the app to customize EQ settings (e.g., Deep Bass, Rock, Classical, SoundPulse, or custom profiles).
  • Control and switch between various lighting modes directly from the app.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning

  • Always power off the speaker and disconnect it from the power source before cleaning.
  • Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces of the speaker.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents.

7.2 Storage

  • Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
