6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner.
6.1. Emptying the Dust Container
Empty the dust container when the 'Max' indicator is reached or suction power decreases significantly.
- Switch off the vacuum cleaner and unplug it from the power outlet.
- Press the release button for the dust container and carefully lift it out of the main unit.
- Position the dust container over a waste bin and open the bottom flap to release the collected dirt.
- Close the flap and reinsert the dust container into the vacuum cleaner until it clicks into place.

6.2. Cleaning the HEPA Filter
The HEPA filter is washable. Clean it regularly (e.g., every 3-6 months, depending on usage) to maintain filtration efficiency.
- Remove the dust container as described above.
- Locate and carefully remove the HEPA filter from its housing within the dust container assembly.
- Rinse the filter under cold running water until the water runs clear. Do not use detergents or brushes.
- Allow the filter to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting it. Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat.
- Once dry, reinsert the HEPA filter and then the dust container into the vacuum cleaner.
6.3. Cleaning Nozzles and Accessories
Periodically check nozzles and accessories for blockages or tangled hair. Remove any obstructions to ensure effective cleaning.
