4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your adjustable bed frame:

Unpack the Bed Frame: Carefully remove the folded bed frame from its packaging.
Unfold the Frame: Unfold the bed base completely. Ensure all moving parts are free from obstruction.
Attach Legs: Screw the desired height of adjustable legs into the designated corner brackets on the underside of the frame. Tighten securely.
Install Retainer Bar: Insert the mattress retainer bar into the grommets at the foot of the bed frame.
Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the bed frame and then into a wall outlet.

5. Adjustable Legs Installation

The bed frame comes with adjustable legs, offering multiple height options (5", 7", 12"). You can choose the height that best suits your needs or place the adjustable base directly on an existing bed frame.

To adjust the height, simply screw in the desired leg length into the corner brackets.
Ensure all legs are securely tightened before placing the mattress on the frame.

6. Mattress Unpacking

The 12-inch memory foam mattress is vacuum-compressed for convenient transport. To unpack:

Carefully remove the mattress from its cardboard box.
Place the rolled mattress onto the assembled adjustable bed frame.
Carefully cut and remove the plastic wrapping. The mattress will begin to expand immediately.
Allow up to 24-48 hours for the mattress to fully decompress and reach its intended size and firmness.

7. Remote Control Operation

Your adjustable bed comes with a wireless remote control for easy adjustment of positions.

7.1. Preset Positions

Zero Gravity: Press the 'ZERO GRAVITY' button for a pre-set position that elevates both your head and feet, designed to relieve pressure and improve circulation.
Anti-Snore: Press the 'ANTI SNORE' button to slightly elevate your head, which can help open airways and reduce snoring.
Lounge: Press the 'LOUNGE' button for a comfortable position suitable for reading, watching TV, or working on a laptop.

7.2. Manual Adjustments

Lifts and Lowers Head: Use the up/down arrow buttons on the left side of the remote to adjust the head section from 0° to 57°.
Lifts and Lowers Foot: Use the up/down arrow buttons on the right side of the remote to adjust the foot section from 0° to 38°.
Flat Button: Press the 'FLAT' button to return the bed to a completely flat position.

7.3. Memory Mode

Set Memory Position: Adjust the bed to your desired position, then press and hold one of the 'M1' or 'M2' buttons until the remote flashes or beeps. This saves your preferred position.
Recall Memory Position: Press the 'M1' or 'M2' button to return the bed to your saved position.

7.4. Backlight

Press the 'Back Light ON/OFF' button to activate or deactivate the remote control's backlight for use in low-light conditions.

8. Care and Maintenance
