4. Setup

  1. Charge the Device: Connect the USB charging cable to the device's charging port and a USB power adapter (not included). The device has a 2500mAh rechargeable battery, providing up to 4 hours of continuous use on a single charge.
  2. Insert MicroSD Card: Ensure the 32GB MicroSD card is properly inserted into the TF card slot. This card is essential for saving photos and videos.
  3. Attach Camera Probe: Carefully connect the 3.9mm camera probe to the designated port on the display unit.
  4. Attach Detachable Bracket: If desired, attach the detachable bracket to the back of the display unit for hands-free viewing.

5.3 Ear Examination and Wax Removal

  1. Attach Specula: Always attach a clean specula (ear cap) to the camera probe before insertion.
  2. Gentle Insertion: Carefully and slowly insert the camera probe into the ear canal while observing the live feed on the screen. Do not force it.
  3. Utilize Gyroscope: The intelligent directional gyroscope ensures a stable image and clear view, even with slight movements.
  4. Adjust Lighting: Adjust the LED light brightness for optimal visibility of the ear canal and eardrum.
  5. Capture Media: Press the Snap button to take photos or record videos of your ear canal. These are saved to the 32GB MicroSD card.
  6. Earwax Removal: If using the ear spoons, attach them securely to the probe. Use extreme caution and gentle movements to remove visible earwax. It is recommended to have someone assist you for safer removal.
  7. Remote Consultation: You can easily transfer captured images and videos from the MicroSD card to your computer or phone to share with a medical professional for remote consultation.
