5. Assembly Instructions
The SISESOL 3-Drawer Mobile File Cabinet arrives fully assembled, with the exception of the casters. Follow these steps to attach the casters:
- Unpack: Carefully remove the cabinet and all components from the packaging. Place the cabinet on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
- Identify Caster Types: You will have five casters. Two casters have a locking mechanism (front), two are standard (rear), and one is an anti-tipping caster (center).
- Attach Casters:
- Carefully tilt the cabinet to access the bottom.
- Insert the two locking casters into the designated holes at the front underside of the cabinet.
- Insert the two standard casters into the designated holes at the rear underside of the cabinet.
- Insert the anti-tipping caster into the center hole at the bottom of the largest drawer's frame. This caster is designed to extend when the bottom drawer is opened, providing stability.
- Ensure all casters are securely fastened.
- Position Cabinet: Carefully return the cabinet to an upright position.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1. Drawer Operation
The drawers feature smooth slide rails for easy opening and closing. They are designed for full extension, allowing complete access to contents.
- To open a drawer, gently pull the handle.
- To close a drawer, push it firmly until it is fully seated.
6.2. Locking Mechanism
The cabinet is equipped with a single lock that secures all three drawers simultaneously for enhanced security.
- To lock the drawers, ensure all drawers are fully closed. Insert the key into the lock cylinder located on the top drawer and turn it clockwise. Remove the key.
- To unlock the drawers, insert the key and turn it counter-clockwise.
6.3. File Organization
The bottom drawer is designed to accommodate various file sizes using the included removable hanging bars.

- Adjusting Hanging Bars: Position the hanging bars to fit your desired file size (A4, Letter, or Legal). The bars can be moved to create the necessary width for hanging folders.
- Top Drawers: The top two drawers are suitable for general office supplies, stationery, and smaller documents. An adjustable pencil tray may be included for organization.
6.4. Mobility
The cabinet's casters allow for easy movement around your workspace.
- Moving the Cabinet: Unlock the front casters by flipping their levers upwards. Gently push or pull the cabinet to its desired location.
- Securing the Cabinet: Once in position, engage the locking mechanism on the two front casters by flipping their levers downwards to prevent unintended movement.
- Anti-Tipping Feature: The center caster under the bottom drawer extends when the drawer is opened, providing additional stability and preventing the cabinet from tipping forward.
