Setup and Assembly
Assembly of the HOLMES 16" Digital Stand Fan is required before first use. Please follow these steps carefully.

- Fan Head Attachment: Secure the fan head assembly to the top of the fan pole. Align the components and fasten them according to the instructions provided in the detailed PDF manual (link in Support section).
- Grille and Blade Installation: Carefully install the fan blades onto the motor shaft, followed by securing the front and rear grilles. Ensure the grilles are properly latched to prevent accidental contact with the blades.

Operating Instructions
Your HOLMES Digital Stand Fan offers various settings for personalized comfort. The fan can be operated using the control panel on the fan unit or the included remote control.

Control Panel and Remote Functions:
- Power Button (ⓘ): Press to turn the fan ON or OFF.
- Speed Button (⚡): Press to cycle through 3 speed settings: Low (L), Medium (M), High (H). The current speed setting is indicated by LED lights on the fan's control panel.
- Mode Button (≡): Press to select from 3 operating modes:
- Normal: Constant airflow at selected speed.
- Breeze: Simulates natural wind by varying fan speed.
- Sleep: Gradually decreases fan speed over time for quiet operation during sleep.
- Oscillation (OSC) Button (↻): Activates or deactivates the 80° wide-angle oscillation feature, distributing airflow across a wider area.
- Timer Button (⏱): Sets the auto shut-off timer for up to 7.5 hours. Press repeatedly to cycle through available timer intervals (e.g., 0.5H, 1H, 2H, 4H).
- Mute Button (🔇): Mutes the fan's operational beeps or sounds.
Adjusting Fan Position:
- Adjustable Height: The fan's height can be adjusted from 37 inches to 44 inches. Loosen the height adjustment knob on the stand, extend or retract the pole to the desired height, and then securely tighten the knob.

- Adjustable Head Tilt: The fan head can be tilted up to 30° to direct airflow precisely where needed. Gently tilt the fan head to the desired angle.

Maintenance and Care
