Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Connect Hose: Connect the flexible hose to the main vacuum unit and the desired grooming attachment (e.g., electric clipper or grooming brush). Ensure a secure connection.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 110V electrical outlet. This product is designed for use in the United States and Canada only.
- Pet Acclimatization: If your pet is skittish, allow them to sniff and explore the vacuum while it is turned off. Gradually introduce the sound by turning it on briefly at the lowest setting. Use positive reinforcement, such as treats and praise, to help your pet become comfortable.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On and Suction Adjustment:
Press the power button to turn on the device. The PG100 features 3 adjustable suction levels to accommodate different grooming needs and pet sensitivities:
- Silent Mode (7KPa): Ideal for sensitive areas or pets new to grooming.
- Standard Mode (9KPa): General grooming for most pet hair types.
- Strong Mode (12KPa): For dense or heavily shedding fur, ensuring maximum hair collection.
The lowest noise level is below 50dB, making it quieter than typical vacuum cleaners and less likely to startle your pet.

2. Using Grooming Attachments:
- Electric Clipper: Attach the electric clipper to the hose. Select one of the 6 guide combs (3mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 18mm, 24mm) based on the desired hair length. Align the clips on the guide comb with the slots on the clipper and press inward until it clicks into place. Gently trim your pet's hair, moving the clipper in the direction of hair growth.
- Grooming Brush: Attach the grooming brush for deshedding and removing loose fur. Brush your pet's coat gently, allowing the vacuum to collect the shed hair directly into the dust cup.
- Cleaning Brush & Crevice Nozzle: Use these attachments for cleaning up stray hairs from furniture, floors, or hard-to-reach areas after grooming.

The 4.9FT (1.5m) extended hose provides greater flexibility, allowing you to groom your pet comfortably while keeping the main unit further away, which can be beneficial for sensitive pets.
Maintenance
1. Emptying the Dust Cup:
The PG100 features a large 2L capacity dust cup. To empty, simply pull the quick-release snap on the dust cup for touch-free emptying into a waste bin. Empty regularly to maintain optimal suction performance.

2. Cleaning Filters and Sponges:
The filters and sponges are washable. We recommend washing them once a month to ensure proper airflow and suction. They can be washed up to twenty times. For replacement filters and sponges, search for ASIN "B0C5R134NL" on Amazon.
3. Maintaining Electric Clippers:
If the clippers have poor contact or the metal pins become oxidized, wipe them with alcohol and clean the clippers. Use the included cleaning brush to remove hair buildup, and apply the provided lubricant regularly for optimal performance.
4. Important Usage Notes:
- Dry Fur Only: Never use the PG100 on wet or damp fur. Always ensure your pet's hair is fully dry before grooming and trimming.
- Avoid Carpets: The air outlet is located at the bottom of the machine. Placing it on a carpet may block heat dissipation, leading to overheating. Avoid using the machine on a carpet.
Troubleshooting
1. Low Suction:
The suction power may be affected if the black sponge/filter and hose are clogged with hair or debris. Please take out the sponge/filter and clean it. Ensure the grooming vacuum's filter and attachments are clean and the hose is free of obstructions.
2. Machine Overheating or Unable to Start:
When the dust box is too full of pet hair, airflow resistance increases, triggering the machine's temperature control protection. This may cause the machine to overheat and fail to start properly. If this happens, unplug the power, clean the dust box, and replace the filter. As mentioned, avoid using the machine on a carpet to prevent overheating.
