The UNIKOO Queen Series UKS05-5576-CH is a frameless stainless steel sliding shower door designed for modern bathrooms. It features 3/8" (10mm) certified tempered clear glass and solid stainless steel rollers for smooth operation. The door is reversible for left or right-hand installation.

Setup and Installation

Pre-Installation Steps:
- Inspect Wall Condition: Ensure the wall surface is even and smooth.
- Determine Door Orientation: Decide whether to install the door for left or right-hand operation based on site conditions.
- Measure and Mark: Use a spirit level or laser level to measure the wall. Attach the height template (provided in the box) to both sides of the wall.
- Drill Holes: Select appropriate hole positions based on your shower door's height. Drill 1/4" holes.
Installing the Top Header:
- Install Wall Mount Brackets: Insert wall anchors into drilled holes. Remove wall mount bracket covers using an Allen wrench. Align brackets with holes and securely tighten with screws.
- Prepare Header Bar: Measure the desired length of the header bar and use a hacksaw to cut it to size, ensuring smooth and flat edges.
- Attach Header Bar: Insert the two wall mount bracket covers into the header bar. Align them with the installed wall mount brackets and push them securely into place. Tighten the screws on both sides of the covers using an Allen wrench.
Installing Glass Door Rollers:
- Assemble Rollers: Place the rollers in the correct sequence over the holes in the glass door. Use screws to tighten the rollers, then fasten the back cover securely.
- Secure Glass to Track: Secure the glass to the track first to ensure accurate installation of the bottom guide. Loosen the covers, remove the glass from the track, and place it in a safe location.
Installing the Bottom Guide:
- Mark and Drill: Use a level to ensure the glass is vertically aligned. Mark the positions for the glass clamping holes with a marker. Drill 1/4" holes.
- Install Clamps: Insert anchors into the ground. Align the clamps with the holes and tighten them with screws. Install the glass gasket.
- Adjust Fixed Panel (if needed): If the wall is not straight, it is recommended to add an additional U channel to properly align the fixed panel. Make necessary adjustments to the plastic seal on the door side.
- Secure Fixed Panel: Align the glass-holding holes with the slide hangers. Install the spacers and securely tighten the knobs using an Allen wrench.
- Install Bottom Guide: Remove the bottom guide. Snap the left-side piece onto the glass first, then tighten the side screws. Ensure the glass snaps securely into place against the bottom guide, then push it in and tighten the screws to secure its position.
- Prepare Threshold: Measure the desired length of the threshold and use a hacksaw to cut it to the correct size, ensuring smooth and flat edges.
Final Adjustments and Finishing:
- Adjust Glass Level: If the glass is uneven in height, adjust the eccentric screws on the wheels to ensure the glass is level.
- Install Anti-Jump Nails: After ensuring the glass is level, install anti-jump nails to prevent the glass from accidentally falling.
- Install Handles: Install the interior puller and spacer, and securely tighten the screws. Next, install the exterior puller and tighten the bottom screws using an Allen wrench.
- Apply Plastic Seals: Install plastic seals along the edges of both glass panels.
- Apply Glass Adhesive: Apply glass adhesive to fill the bottom gap completely, covering the entire bottom surface. Allow 24 hours for it to set before use.

The UNIKOO Queen Series shower door is designed for smooth and effortless operation.
- To open or close the door, gently slide the glass panel along the top rail using the handle.
- The frameless design allows for easy sliding.
- The reversible door allows for flexible entry and exit depending on your preference.
Maintenance
Proper maintenance will ensure the longevity and appearance of your shower door.
- Glass Cleaning: The 3/8" (10mm) tempered safety glass is designed for easy cleaning and to resist water spots. Use a soft cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive pads that could scratch the glass.

Troubleshooting

- Uneven Glass: If the glass appears uneven in height after installation, use an Allen wrench to adjust the eccentric screws on the wheels until the glass is level.
- Wall Not Straight: If your wall is not perfectly straight, it is recommended to acquire an additional U channel to properly align the fixed panel during installation.
- Water Leakage: Ensure all plastic seals are correctly installed and that glass adhesive has been properly applied and allowed to cure for 24 hours. Check the threshold positioning.
