Regular cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the performance and lifespan of your coffee machine.

- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the machine in water.
Descaling:
Descaling is recommended every 2-3 months, or more frequently in areas with hard water, to prevent mineral buildup. Use a descaling solution specifically designed for coffee machines.
- Empty the water reservoir.
- Fill the reservoir with descaling solution mixed with water according to the descaler manufacturer's instructions.
- Place a large container under the coffee spout.
- Run several brewing cycles without coffee until the reservoir is empty.
- Rinse the reservoir thoroughly and fill it with fresh water.
- Run several cycles with fresh water to rinse out any descaling solution residue.
7. Troubleshooting
Refer to the table below for common issues and their solutions.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Machine does not turn on. | No power supply. | Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. |
| No coffee is dispensed. | Water reservoir empty; machine not preheated; clogged needle. | Fill water reservoir; wait for preheating; use piercing needle to clear blockage. |
| Coffee is too weak or watery. | Insufficient coffee grounds; incorrect grind size; too much water. | Use more coffee grounds; use finer grind; select smaller brew volume. |
| Water leaks from the machine. | Water reservoir not properly seated; adapter not correctly inserted; overfilled ground coffee adapter. | Ensure reservoir is secure; ensure adapter is locked; do not overfill ground coffee adapter. |
| Machine makes unusual noise. | Air in the system; descaling needed. | Run a few cycles of plain water; perform descaling. |
